I have been retired for seven years after 27 years as a public elementary school principal. My interests are guitar, accordion, piano, photography, and writing. I write a humor column for a digital magazine, and have written, though not published, three novels. I am taking a watercolor class with painful results in that it appears I am merely starting where I left off in second grade. My wife and I enjoy travel, having taken a driving tour of Europe for two months in spring, 2014, and having taken a six-week driving tour of New England in fall of 2015. I also take day trips a couple of times a month.
